A DIY kit’s arrangement plan on the test store, listing each piece and its stems

A kit’s arrangement plan on the test copy: each piece to make, how many, and its stems by section. The internal product number is covered.

The context

A problem worth solving.

DIY flower kits were defined across farm workbooks and a large internal planning workbook. The store’s product system needed the same recipes, purchase links and arrangement plans, without hand entry and without silent changes.

My contribution

What I brought to the work.

Built the readers, matchers and writers with source tracking, so every written value traces to the worksheet cell it came from and every worksheet ends with a recorded outcome.

The product

What it makes possible.

01

Read the farm books

509 kit entries read from nine farm workbooks, 504 of them usable. Re-reading the full set of 16 farm books takes about 27 seconds whenever the farms send updates.

02

Match and write

498 entries matched to store products; recipes and purchase links written for 494, with the rest held for a reason recorded beside them.

03

Arrangements

All 255 planning worksheets have an outcome; 2,789 arrangements on 139 kits were written, each checked against its worksheet.

04

Nothing silently changed

Every substitution, missing flower or shortfall went into review lists for the merchandising team instead of being guessed.
