Founded an AI development studio delivering business applications, workflow automation and an internal suite for managing AI-assisted engineering.

Lending & financial services

Machine-learning scoring API. Built loan scoring inside the existing application workflow, returning model scores and policy decisions while delivering $24,000 in annual savings.
HAL operating dashboard. Built five connected workstations for scoring activity, approval thresholds, lead-source economics, funded-loan history and reject-band analysis, with live reporting and saved policy changes.

Office furniture & workplace services

Hedberg reporting & AI workspace. Built a cloud agent to export business reports and a connected dashboard for booking trends, report history and export controls. AI answers open cited source pages; team rollout continues.

Axiom

Structural engineering

Proposal research & fee estimation. Directed delivery and subcontracted development of AI-assisted document extraction, historical proposal research and estimating tools. Collaborating developers implemented the dashboard.
Executive briefing workspace. Led a separate build bringing priorities, tasks, messages and meetings into a personalized briefing, with an assistant-driven sync view. The application was not launched.

SiteSift AI

Commercial real estate

Property research & broker communication. Built a workspace connecting property lists, broker email, extracted information, follow-ups and advisor decisions. Beta work focuses on reliable automation and accurate property-level data.

AI Development Platform

Internal engineering products

The Record. Built project management for developers, clients and connected AI agents: scoped milestones, progress, questions, screenshots and evidence, with shared client dashboards.
Brain. Built persistent engineering knowledge across projects and coding sessions, with searchable documents, visual relationship maps, reusable workflows and explicit handoffs.
Jarvis OS. Built orchestration for assigning and supervising coding agents, preserving work state and checking results. Integration with The Record and Brain remains in development.

AI Media Manager

Social-media research

Instagram research library. Built an organization-based dashboard for accounts, imported posts, visual media and sync status. More complete media capture and research discovery remain in development.

AI Solutions Engineer

Jan 2026 – Present

Built a connected portfolio of AI and operational tools across customer service, marketing, shopping and product data.

Customer service AI. Built four apps for inquiries, reviews, claims and payment disputes, with shared chat, case history and a Chrome extension. The apps deliver $24,000 in annual savings; the platform moved from AWS to Firebase and Google Cloud.
Company Second Brain. Unified departmental knowledge: production support policies used by the apps, marketing guidance at MVP stage and an engineering beta used in my own coding. Added visual navigation and knowledge-aware chat.
Image Studio & Farm Exports. Built AI product-image editing, reusable style presets and cutouts, plus a separate catalog-photo preparation workflow for the Farm Exports sales channel.
FAQ & Content Engine. Built customer-question analysis, answer-coverage exploration and a review queue for FAQ and blog drafts, following AI discoverability research and a company roadmap.
Proposal Manager. Implemented supplied wireframes as an event-planning application with flower recipes, presentations and shopping lists. Launch was paused when DIY migration took priority.
DIY Kits Migration. Built tools to reconcile farm spreadsheets with store products and move kit recipes and purchase links into a test store, with source tracking and validation for the production handoff.
AI roadmap & project visibility. Built a FiftyFlowers dashboard in The Record, linked from Internal AI, so stakeholders can see each initiative, milestone, completed feature and supporting evidence.

AI & Process Innovation Associate

Shopping assistant. Built the early flower-selection chatbot, storefront interface and cloud services, connecting conversational requests to catalog filters, product results and saved conversations.
Share Your Flair. Built wedding-submission processing that connects customer stories and media to Asana review and Shopify Make This Look workflows; repaired historical media delivery.
Rush Orders. Implemented the storefront request form and notification workflow that routes urgent-delivery requests to customer service and operations.
DIY-kit assistant. Built a conversational interface for questions about kit reference data, distinct from the later recipe-data migration.

Client Portal. Independently built the company’s first client portal in two weeks; adopted by all 17 employees for client communication and project workflows.
ALPHA SEO. Co-developed frontend and backend features for the domain-focused SEO platform with the engineering team.
Client websites & content. Created and maintained client blogs and website pages through DNN and Sanity CMS.

Collaborated with the art director on visual direction, with lead-developer support on initial setup and CSS.
